  • What is Hungry.az

Food delivery from your favorite restaurants. Choose from a list of good restaurants throughout Baku and place an order. We will make delivery effectively and efficiently. Track order status in real time. Rate the food and delivery experience.

  • Registration

Do I need to register before placing an order?

Yes, you must register before placing and order. When you first register, it is important to indicate name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

  • Orders

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, by calling the short number *7766.

Is it possible to pre-order?

When placing your order, you can choose a convenient delivery time. To place an order in advance, you need to select the appropriate delivery time by clicking Pre-order.

Where can I find information about my order?

You can get detailed information about the order in the “History” section by clicking on the “Active” tab.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

If the order has not been confirmed yet by the restaurant and it is in the status of “Created” in the application, then you can cancel it from the page (History -> Choose the order, that you want to cancel -> Cancel order).

If the order has already been confirmed, then you need to call Support at the short number * 7766

If the order has already been prepared, then unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel it.

  • Special eating habits

Where can I leave special notes about my order?

If you have any food allergies or special preferences in the choice of food ingredients (for example, if you don’t like / or you are allergic to certain spices or vegetables), you can leave Food comments under the selected product or on the Checkout page.

  • Returns and Refunds

If there are any problems with the order, what is your return policy?

If during the delivery of your order, you found that the goods are damaged, you must immediately inform the Support Service and such products must be returned to the courier immediately. After acceptance of the goods from the courier, risk passes to the client. More information can be found at this link https://hungry.az/privacy

How can I check if you deliver to my area? 

You can check it on the Main and Payment pages.

I live in Mardakan, do you deliver to this area?

Yes, we do delivery at a distance of up to 35 km from any restaurant.

How to change the delivery address once it’s been placed?

  • Payment

What is the delivery price?

Depending on the restaurant, the order amount and the distance, delivery can be either paid or free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

During delivery, we accept: payment by cash and POS-terminals (if the restaurant provides such an opportunity).

Can I pay for an order with a credit card that’s not in my name?

You can use the credit card of another person if you have received consent from the cardholder, but you must provide your identity card upon receipt of the order for the courier to take a picture of it.

Whether to give a tip to the courier?

If you want to thank a courier, leave him a tip in cash during delivery.
